Hello, I'm Darlene
I've spent my life helping others reconnect with their bodies through therapeutic massage. After years of practice across New Zealand, the Netherlands, Belgium and Portugal, I now welcome clients to my peaceful space in Salir do Porto, Portugal.
You'll feel my decades of experience in every treatment. I create a space where your body can relax and your mind can let go, safely and naturally. My work blends sports massage, deep tissue, hot stone, relaxation and kansa into a style that's uniquely my own.

Warm basalt stones, polished by rivers over centuries, rest gently along the body and glide through tired muscles. Their steady heat sinks deep, dissolving tightness and inviting a stillness that feels almost dreamlike. A truly enveloping experience, like being wrapped in warm sunlight.
Sports Massage
Targeted work for athletes and active bodies, for recovery and performance.
A purposeful, athletic treatment designed for bodies that move: runners, cyclists, surfers, weekend warriors. Focused strokes flush fatigue from overworked muscles, restore range of motion, and prepare you to return to what you love, stronger and lighter than before.
Relaxation Massage
Gentle, flowing strokes to quiet the nervous system and ease everyday stress.
Long, unhurried strokes travel the whole body like a slow breath, gently guiding the nervous system into rest. Perfect when life has been loud and you simply need to be held in stillness. You'll drift somewhere soft, and come back feeling entirely yourself again.
Kansa Massage
Ancient Ayurvedic bronze-wand work to balance energy and brighten the skin.
An age-old Ayurvedic ritual using a small bronze wand to trace calming patterns across the face, feet, or body. Kansa gently draws out accumulated heat and restlessness, leaving the skin luminous and the mind unusually clear. Quiet, meditative, and quietly transformative.
